Originally founded in 2008 in St Leonards-on-Sea by Jennifer Melvina Allen, JMA Lettings was created with a passion for providing a more personal, high-quality approach to property management in our seaside community. Since 2015, under the ownership of Liza, JMA Lettings has continued to uphold its founding values while bringing a fresh perspective focused on transparency, trust, and genuine care.

As a dedicated local team, we understand the unique needs of the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, and 1066 area. Liza and her team are committed to offering a personalised service that puts people first, managing each property with exceptional attention to detail and a caring touch.

Meet Liza

Company Director

Liza’s journey with JMA Lettings began when she connected with Jennifer through a business networking group in Hastings. With a shared dedication to exceptional customer service and a strong interest in property, Liza found her place in JMA’s mission early on. Drawing from her experience with a large estate agent in Hastings and Bexhill, she brought valuable local insights and a commitment to high standards in property management.

As a lifelong resident of the area, Liza is proud to lead JMA Lettings as an independent and trusted local agency. Since officially taking over in 2015, she has upheld JMA’s core values, serving the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill, and 1066 community with a personal, client-focused approach that has made JMA a respected name in the industry.

Meet Sarah

Originally from Birmingham, Sarah has lived in Oxford, London, Spain and has lived in Hastings/ St Leonards since 2005.

She has worked in lots of different industries including retail, recruitment, music industry, healthcare and now property. She brings with her a wealth of experience in sales, customer services, administration, management, HR and touch of creativity!

She’s had a passion for property for many years and is absorbing as much knowledge as possible within the property lettings industry.

Sarah’s hobby is photography and is Mum to Sadie & Teddy and Dog Mum to Libby – all of which keep her very busy in what spare time she has in her very active and busy life in wonderful St. Leonards On Sea!
